The Graduate Committee is updating information on recent progress demonstrated by graduate students in the doctoral program. As part of this effort we are asking you to supply some information.

You want to fill out this form if you are in or are currently transferring into the doctoral program.

This form represents a key part of your documented progress in the program. The form is available electronically. Point your browser to:

Other aspects of this assessment include reviews of transcripts to date, and input from other faculty in the department. If there are faculty outside the department, at Temple or elsewhere, with whom you are working or collaborating in some scholarly capacity, please list them at the end of the form, along with their affiliations, email addresses, and a description of your work with them.

Around the end of the semester you should expect to receive word from or meet with members of the graduate committee regarding your progress toward degree requirements.
